Symbol: Semicolon in a Triangle
The semicolon symbolizes a continuation of someone's life. The semicolon is a representation of strength in the middle of a storm. It is used as an affirmation of solidarity against a plethora of mental health issues including suicide, eating disorders and addictive behaviors.
The triangle is thought by some to represent perfection, and some Christians even treat the triangle as a symbol of God and the Holy Trinity. Some also associate triangles with groups of 3, like: A father, mother, and child. We are associating the triangle with The Past, the Present, and the Future.

Project: Boots on the Ground
Anonymous peer support for First Responders, by First Responders. Some things aren’t just “part of the job.”
Most people have no idea what a First Responder goes through, though they try. Even among their own, it can be hard to talk about “work”.
That’s why Boots on the Ground got started. It’s an anonymous Ontario-based helpline where First Responders can talk to someone who’s been through it. They aren’t therapists, but they are there to listen. No call display, and definitely no judgement.
